CFMIA - Introduction to Finance and Mortgage Broking Administration

Are you new to the mortgage broking industry or currently working in an administrative-based role within the industry?

The Introduction to Finance and Mortgage Broking Administration course will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to assist with the organisation, administration and control of the back office of a mortgage advisory business. This includes the processing of applications, the ability to effectively communicate with clients, and compliance administration.

Individuals who successfully complete the Introduction to Finance and Mortgage Broking Administration program may wish to enrol in Understanding Alternative Lending Products.
Successful candidates may also apply to the Certified Finance and Mortgage Institute of Australasia (CFMIA) to carry the ‘Mort Admin (Spec)’ designation. For more information, please contact the CFMIA directly. 
If an individual would like to further develop their skills and knowledge in the finance industry and achieve a qualification, they may choose to complete our FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or the FNS50315 Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
