This qualification is suitable for those seeking to work in or to support the Finance and Mortgage Broking industry. The roles of Finance/Mortgage Broker or Loan Support/Process Officer involve working with clients to assist in acquiring suitable finance option/s.

Duties associated with these roles include, but are not limited to:

• adhering to legislative and code of practice obligations, relevant to the mortgage and/or finance broking industry 
• building relationships with referral partners, industry professionals and clients
• securing and supporting clients interested in mortgage or finance broking services
• presenting broking options to clients based on identified needs
• preparing and presenting loan applications to lenders
• monitoring the progress of the loan from submission to settlement, ensuring clients and related parties are updated
• providing after sales service and support to clients and referrers.

COURSE DURATION:

Your enrolment is valid for a period of seven months (with an opportunity to extend for further period, as per our terms and conditions). With reference to “Virtual Classroom” training; participants are guided through the learning material and the assessments are completed by the participant post class time. Hence overall course completion is controlled / directed by the participant.
