Vikas Sharma - Senior Manager, Training & Business Development

Vikas brings along an experience of 12 years from Industries like Telecom, Insurance, BPO and Training & Development. In his previous assignments Vikas has served decent sized BPOs in achieving the desired business goals while maintaining the SLAs.

Vikas has served as a Regional Training Lead for a well-known Telecom Player and as a Manager Training with an International Insurance company. He is a certified master trainer from Telecom Sector Skill council of India and also possess an ITAC certificate in Training.

Beside facilitation he possesses an acute sense of data analysis, MIS and people management. He is a respected Trainer among all the participants who ever been a part of any of his batches. Training being a passion for him he chose to dive in deeper for a leading yet a challenging role with AAMC Training India.

Anurag Sharma - Director

Anurag has held the Directors role of AAMC Training India since 2016 and has applied his skills and knowldege he has accumalted from his previous roles of CEO/ Director in the digital world and has been able to assist and guide AAMC Training Group in growing and expanding their business model.

A multi-faceted professional who is well versed with operational skills related to all aspects of business, he also has extensive experience in spearheading the full life cycle of business (at multiple organisations), from business lead, quotation, commercial negotiation, requirement gathering, development to post deployment support and client delineating.

Anurag has mastered the complexities of project management and manages by executing and supervising multiple educational projects and he conveys his knowledge, experience and outlook to his audiences. He showcases his efficiency, along with a great sense of responsibility in building excellent rapport with clients and cross-functional teams.

Anurag utilises his skills to ensure that operations AAMC Training Pan India, runs smoothly.
