Jeff Mazzini, Managing Director

In 2001, Jeff founded a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), which has since served 14 industry sectors on both national and international levels. He has expanded operations to include offices in India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Australia, with ongoing discussions to bring his employment-focused education model to additional countries.

Jeff is committed to preparing students for the workforce and has deep experience addressing the needs of Back Office Processing (BPO) centres. He emphasises training solutions that enable teams to effectively serve offshore clients and grow professionally, positioning them for advancement as technology and BOTs reshape the industry landscape.

Jeff’s extensive experience in vocational education and training (VET) includes a hands-on approach to meeting the needs of banks, corporations, associations, BPOs, schools, colleges, and universities, ensuring each achieves effective, customised solutions for their students.

Throughout his career, Jeff has earned numerous international awards and recognitions. He is a member of 11 professional associations and holds several prestigious designations, including FFIN, CTA, FIPA, MFFA, FAICD, AMFAA, CFP, FFBAA, SFRIFM, DFRIEdr, DFRIM, DFRISB, RIILDS, DFRIBM, and DFRIFM.

Vikas Sharma - Director

Vikas brings along an experience of 12 years from Industries like Telecom, Insurance, BPO and Training & Development. In his previous assignments Vikas has served decent sized BPOs in achieving the desired business goals while maintaining the SLAs.

Vikas has served as a Regional Training Lead for a well-known Telecom Player and as a Manager Training with an International Insurance company. He is a certified master trainer from Telecom Sector Skill council of India and also possess an ITAC certificate in Training.

Beside facilitation he possesses an acute sense of data analysis, MIS and people management. He is a respected Trainer among all the participants who ever been a part of any of his batches. Training being a passion for him he chose to dive in deeper for a leading yet a challenging role with AAMC Training India.
