Christine MacJouvelet, Subject Matter Expert & Senior Assessor

Christine MacJouvelet has been working in the finance industry since the very late 1980s and took up finance broking when it was in its infancy in 1990. She has been a member of AFG since 2000 and currently operates a boutique finance broking business in Melbourne.

Holding qualifications in Mortgage Broking and Financial Planning and practicing as an authorised credit representative, Christine began working with AAMC Training Group early in 2010.
I sought out AAMC Training Group as I recognised their excellence in the Financial Services sector and wanted to work with them.”

Christine is passionate about education. She is a founding/current Director and Chair of Dear Dyslexic Foundation, helping those 16 years of age and over with language and mathematical learning challenges.

Sean Fannin, Subject Matter Expert, Senior Trainer and Assessor 

Sean is an experienced technical manager, specialist and education provider, with over 28 years’ experience in the financial services industry in a range of roles, primarily involving his technical expertise. Sean has over 19 years’ experience in various technical roles, including managing a number of Australian Financial Services Licensees’ technical teams and over seven years’ experience in financial services education.

Sean has been quoted in the media in areas relating to financial planning and advice and has represented and appeared as an expert commentator in training videos.  He was a contributor to the BT Super Book on the chapters on life insurance, and self-managed superannuation funds, and reviewed the social security chapter. Sean is also a past member elected Director of the Westpac Staff Superannuation Plan Pty Ltd and has represented the Financial Planning Association Australia (FPA) at a number of Australian Taxation Office’s (ATO) workshops. Additionally, he is currently the Chairman of the FPA’s Technical Working Group. Due to his long-term service to the Financial Planning Association of Australia’s Technical Working Group, Sean was awarded a Recognition of Service Award.

Qualifications: ADFP, DFP, Advanced Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, Cert IV TAE, RG146 Qualified.

With a career spanning over thirty years, Judy has enjoyed success in banking and finance, mortgage broking, training, coaching and mentoring. Not only has she extensive experience in all facets of the mortgage broking and lending industries, Judy has a strong history in training and compliance and loves sharing her expertise. 

Judy holds Diplomas in Management, Psychology, Counseling and Financial Services (FMBM), along with Certificate IV in TAE, Certificate IV in Financial Services (FMB), and has also completed a number of industry related studies including “Financial Accounting for Bankers” and “Commercial Loans to Small Business”.

Often Judy is asked, “How do you get a reputation as an industry expert?” Her simple answer: “Work hard and love what you do.”

Judy’s unique personality and sense of humour puts you at ease. and her strong passion for the business leaves you confident that you are in good hands.

Graeme commenced his career in Banking and Finance in January 1972 with the Commercial Bank of Australia Ltd.  

He has a goal to pass on over 40 years of Banking and Finance knowledge to others in the finance industry through a number of programs and courses he has developed, including his own finance broker mentoring program. Graeme loves mentoring and is well recognised by our industry aggregators and associations as ‘one of the best’. 

He has a passion for training in a face to face environment, especially seeing his students grow their understanding in all things finance and have them increase their client offering.

Helen is a respected professional whose industry knowledge and experience is inspirational to those she works with. Helen has over 20 years' experience in Banking, Finance, Lending and Broking.  A successful Mortgage Broker in WA for the last 18 years, Helen was invited by the MFAA to undergo their Certified Mentor Programme. Helen still mentors 'new to industry' people today and is the person others call on when seeking assistance.

Helen is an experienced Residential and Commercial Lender who holds a Diploma of Financial Services (FMBM), a Certificate IV in Financial Services (FMB), and is a Full Member of the MFAA, Helen retains her Acreditations' with the MFAA as one of the original Mentors.

A true advocate for excellence, Helen is passionate about the industry and supports its professional evolution under the ASIC regulated credit-licensing framework. Helen has been a valued trainer at AAMC Training in Perth and is always favourably reviewed by our students.

As a Senior Relationship Manager at National Australia Bank, and State Manager at La Trobe Financial Services, Erina was able to combine many of the relationship and sales skills built over her career. With the changes in the financial services legal and compliance area Erina transitioned into the training arena and has enjoyed facilitating both the Certificate and Diploma of Financial Services to one of our core groups, the finance broker portfolio.

Erina holds a Diploma of Financial Services (FMB), Diploma of Financial Planning and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Meghana (Maggie) Shikarpur - Assessor

Maggie joined AAMC Training in 2020, after successfully completing the Assessor skills set TAESS00011 and FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Maggie is continually building her knowledge by being directly involved in the Finance Broking industry. She is friendly, helpful, and passionate about supporting students learning experience, and assisting them to work towards their desired career outcomes.

Since joining AAMC Training, Maggie has completed her Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Managment and BSB50215 Diploma of Business - adding further strings to her bow!
