FNS50615 Diploma of Financial Planning
This course covers the requirements for providing Financial Planning advice (RG146 compliant).
It is recommended that this course be completed prior to the other Financial Planning modules.
Once you have completed this module you will be qualified to give advice in Financial Planning and Life Insurance, however if you are required to give advice in any other areas you then need to complete either some or all of the other "advice in" modules depending on what you wish to give advice in.

This is the industry recommended competency pathway for financial planners who provide a range of standard financial planning services and for individuals providing specialist para-planning services. The qualification pathway is determined by elective choices. Depending on choice of electives, the qualification meets ASIC requirements for Authorised Representatives.
AAMC Training is assisting people to access major Universities by ensuring that some of our courses meet academic entry requirements. Curtin University has stated that exemptions in terms of credits will be granted to the holders of these qualifications (*conditions apply).
NOTE: If you have previous industry experience/training you may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Please refer to the RPL read more page to determine the eligibility criteria.

Regardless of your preferred delivery choice qualified trainers will always be contactable for tutoring and assistance both via email and telephone. Also if have undertaken this course via face to face previously with AAMC and there are any areas you still do not understand you are welcome to return for free to the next available class covering this module.
For all delivery options, you will need to have access to a computer with an internet connection. There are currently no entry requirements for this qualification.
Your enrolment is valid for a period of twelve months. With reference to “face –to- face” training; participants are guided through the learning material and the assessments are completed by the participant post class time. Hence overall course completion is controlled / directed by the participant.
