The course aims are to provide participants with the skills, knowledge and attitudes to be successfully employed in the Finance/Credit industry.
The course aims of the Certificate IV in Credit Management are to provide participants with the skills, knowledge and attitudes to be successfully employed in the Finance/Credit industry. This qualification is designed to reflect the role of employees working in finance/mortgage/credit industry who perform duties such as: • advising new clients and contacts interested in mortgage or finance broking services
• advising new clients and contacts interested in credit applications
• presenting credit options to clients based on identified needs
• preparing and presenting loan applications to lenders
• debt collection.

There are currently no entry requirements for this qualification.
Your enrolment is valid for a period of twelve months. With reference to “face-to-face” training; participants are guided through the learning material and the assessments are completed by the participant post class time. Hence overall course completion is controlled / directed by the participant.
