Course Enrolment - Terms & Conditions
All enrolments are subject to these terms and conditions and are accepted subject to availability.
Course Material
Course material will either be provided to trainees upon attending the course or mailed to the trainees prior to commencing the course (dependent on which course the trainee is attending) and correspondence course material will be mailed directly to the trainee. Course content and material cannot be copied, transmitted to another person or used by any other person other than the course participant without the written consent of AAMC. Receipt of the course material/access to the online course material deems the enrolment period commencement.
Fees and charges
All fees and charges must be paid in full and prior to the commencement of the course. Course material / online access will not be released and enrolment in the course is not accepted until payment has been received. Payments can be made by cheque, cash, credit card or direct debit. All credit card transactions are processed in Australian dollars. GST is not payable on adult education if it is a requirement for employment, however GST will be charged on the course material (workshop and correspondence courses only).
Refunds
A full refund will be made if the chosen workshop course does not proceed. If the trainee chooses to attend another course, the fees will be transferred. If a trainee chooses to cancel his/her enrolment within 14 days, a full refund less $100 administration fee will be made. A cancellation within 7 - 13 days will incur a 50% fee and for less than 7 days notice, there will be no refund. If the cancellation is due to extreme unforseen circumstances, the refund will be at the discretion of AAMC. Upon accessing the on line course material or on receipt of the correspondence course material the student will not be eligible to a full refund, however the course fees can be transferred to another course. If the cancellation is due to extreme unforseen circumstances, the refund will be at the discretion of AAMC.
Class sizes (workshops)
AAMC require a minimum of 5 students. The maximum number of trainees for these classes will be 14. Should there be less than 5 trainees enrolled, the course will be cancelled and the trainee may transfer to an alternative course date or request a full refund of fees.
Transfers
If the trainee is unable to commence the requested workshop, they may transfer to another available course date. These requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the course commencement. You may not transfer your enrolment to another trainee unless agreed upon by AAMC.

Completion period
Your enrolment is valid for a period of six months. Within this period you are required to fulfill the following:
Examinations and assessments applicable to your chosen course.
Should the trainee believe they will not complete all course work, examinations and assignments in the given time they are required to contact AAMC to negotiate an extension. Extensions will only be granted upon request in writing and supporting information explained.
Certificate
Certificates will be issued to trainees who successfully complete their entire course and successfully complete the end of course examination, exercise and assignments (where applicable). A Certificate noting all competencies achieved will be attached.
Bank Accreditations
AAMC may provide contact information to trainees to arrange accreditation sessions. Trainees will need to arrange their accreditations with the individual banks although some groups arrange accreditations for their members. Bank accreditation is at the sole discretion of the individual bank.
Privacy Act
AAMC's privacy act is available on our website at www.aamctraining.edu.au. Student Records As AAMC is a Registered Training Organisation, we are required to keep student records for a period of 30 years. Your records are kept is safe storage and a copy of these can be requested by you throughout this time. No details will be forwarded to any third party unless we receive your request in writing.

Access and Equity Policies
Disabilities - We respectfully request that you inform AAMC prior to course commencement of any special needs that you may have. AAMC will endeavour to cater for these needs by ensuring that the venue has suitable access, facilities and amenities.
Language, Literacy and Numeracy - It is necessary that you have sufficient skills in this area to complete this course at the desired level. Should you require assistance with these areas, AAMC will endeavour to assist you or will provide you with information on other RTO's that will assist you at an extra cost.
Bullying and Harassment - Legislation is in place prohibiting any form of bullying and harassment of fellow students, trainers and other staff. This behaviour is unacceptable and AAMC have the obligation to provide an environment free from these activities. AAMC reserves the right to exclude such persons from the training environment. Such exclusion from the course will not warrant any refund of monies or issuance of any qualification.
AAMC Responsibility for Access and Equity
AAMC trainers and staff are governed by codes of conduct and legislation to ensure that reasonable responsibility is shown toward Access and Equity issues with respect to the delivery and assessment of the course. These include, but are not limited to:
- Providing resources and methods of delivery that can include all participants
- Providing suitable accommodation, facilities and amenities enabling all participants to attend „h Using appropriate language both contextually and respectfully
- Ensuring that the trainers, trainees and other staff are participating in a manner conducive to acceptable behaviour.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Successful enrolments and commencement of the course or receipt of the course material constitutes acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions. Upon commencement, the trainee hereby understands and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions set out above.
